NSI Design Services provides RFSOI platform support from 0.13um to 40nm technology nodes, as well as customized services for high voltage analog products to help customers design chips based on NSI processes. In order to simplify the customer's design process, SMIC also provides process design kit (PDK) technical documents and reference procedures to help customers achieve mass production.
